“Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.”
Having a short fall break last week, I took the chance to travel to Vancouver.
Every time when I go to a totally new place,
I can feel the excitement of travel and exploration.
You gotta visit places you have never been to.
You gotta meet people who are different from you.
You gotta experience new culture and even cultural shock.
But travel can let us know:
Our knowledge is just so little and you have to explore more.
We have only been to a few places in the world and you have to visit more.
The world is big, and we need to be dare enough to explore more.
Be modest to explore more,
be grateful for the scenery and memories
and be courageous to take another trip.
This is what travel brings home to us.
